This report covers the time period from April 1, 2011 to June 30, <br />2011. The inspections were performed on June 20, 2011 by Field Inspector Troy Summers. All <br />structures were functioning as designed at inspection. <br />The Impoundment Location Map details the location of each impoundment inspected <br />(Attachment A). Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports document water level, sediment level, <br />outflow, and required maintenance cited per inspection (Attachment B). As described on the <br />2011 Maintenance List, there is currently no required maintenance at the Edna Mine (Attachment <br />C). <br />Should you have any questions regarding this material, please contact me at your convenience. <br />
