Box 700 <br />Nucla, CO 81424 <br />RE: C -JD -8 Mine, Permit No. M- 1984 -014, Notice of Withdrawal of Enforcement Action. <br />Dear Mr. Williams, <br />On June 3, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) received Cotter Corporation's <br />(Cotter) submittal of an Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) amendment, AM -01 for the C -JD -8 Mine, <br />Permit No. M- 1984 -014. An administrative review of the submission notes the amendment application <br />is complete for review and was considered filed as of June 8, 2011. With the acceptance of the <br />amendment for review the Division is withdrawing the enforcement action for failure to comply for not <br />submitting the EPP within 180 days of notice.
