Thorson <br />RM Potash <br />5515 Nuthatch Road <br />Parker, CO 80134 <br />Re: Colorado Potash Project, Notice of Intent (NOI), File No. P -2011 -012, NOI Deemed Complex and Decision <br />Date Extended. - <br />Dear Mr. Thorson, <br />The Division is reviewing the Notice of Intent (NOI) named above, and has determined that the NOI is complex. <br />Because it will require more staff resources to complete the review, the decision date for the NOI has been extended. <br />Pursuant to Hard Rock/Metal Rule 5.1.3(c), the extension may be up to 60 calendar days. <br />The Division will contact you in regard to any deficiencies that must be corrected or for any additionally information <br />during the technical review.
