Box 700 <br />Nucla, CO 81424 <br />RE: C -JD -8 Mine, Permit No. M- 1984 -014, Environmental Protection Plan (EPP), Amendment AM -01, <br />Receipt of Comments from Colorado Historical Society. <br />Dear Mr. Williams, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) received comments from the Colorado <br />Historical Society in regards to Cotter Corporation's (Cotter) submittal of an Environmental Protection <br />Plan (EPP) amendment, AM -01 for the C -JD -8 Mine, Permit No. M- 1984 -014. (Copy enclosed) The <br />Society notes 5 sites that were inventoried within the permit area and recommends re- surveying those <br />sites.
