Your submittal was received on June 13,
2011. The decision date for this Technical Revision is July 13, 2011. Please be advised
that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any concerns identified in this review
before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of the
review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not been adequately
addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been
requested, the Division will deny this Technical Revision.
In general the Technical Revision was substantially adequate. However, the following
items will require submittal of additional information or clarification of that presented in
the Technical Revision. Inadequacies are identified below, along with suggested actions
to correct them.
Weed Control Plan
1. Your weed control plan does not list any weeds targeted for treatment. Please
provide a list of specific weed species to be targeted. The list should include the
knapweed noted during our March 15, 2011 inspection as well as any other noxious
weeds.
2. The Division requires weed control plans to provide specific time periods for
treatment. Your weed control plan states you will spray the Milestone® herbicide
annually. Please provide a specific time frame for your annual treatment. The
Division recommends either a spring or fall application for the herbicide treatment.
Denver • Grand Junction • Durango
T1/ 4.
