Also enclosed are copies of groundwater <br />monitoring data that has been collected at the site from May, 2010 through April, 2011. <br />During the permit year ended May 3, 2011, the land owner of the E. S Street Operation, Greeley <br />Urban Renewal Authority, re -zoned a portion of the property from Conservation District, which <br />allows for sand and gravel mining, to Medium Industrial and subsequently sold that portion of the <br />property for development under the new zoning. The rezoned and sold portions of the property <br />were in Phase 1 and Phase IV and a portion of Phase III of the E. 8 Street Operation permit <br />boundary. Due to the re- zoning and sale of that property, stockpiled materials were relocated <br />from those phases to the northwest corner of Phase III, as shown on the enclosed drawing, and <br />those phases are being developed by the new property owner. No other mining or reclamation <br />activity occurred during the report year. By separate correspondence, as required under Division <br />rules, Aggregate Industries will be submitting a request for acreage release and reduction to <br />reflect the change in permit boundary relative to the portion of the property that was re -zoned and <br />sold. <br />Activity for the coming year is projected to be very limited and, if any, would continue in <br />previously disturbed areas.
