MR -110 removes <br />monitoring language for the Streeter Fill Piezometer as the piezometer has been plugged <br />and abandoned for Phase III release requirements. Map 37 has also been updated to <br />reflect the removal of the piezometer from the monitoring program. <br />Pages 4.09 -1 and 4.09 -2 have both been submitted; however, language has only been <br />updated on page 4.09 -2. Colowyo is submitting both pages to ensure that they flow <br />properly to match the Division's copy of the permit. <br />Also included is a revision application and an index sheet to ease incorporation into the <br />permit document.
