The narrative in the permit application in Section 2.06.8 states that two out of three topsoil <br />samples are very strongly saline. To strengthen this point, please amend the text to include the <br />additional topsoil sample TLO -4 which was taken in the borrow area to the south of the main <br />permit area. Also, please include a reference in the text to Tab 7, Soil Resource Information <br />(Baseline Survey) to clarify and support the statement of poor soil conditions. <br />109.
