PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Western Fuels- Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (WFC), has filed with the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) an application fora Technical Revision (TR -60) <br />to the New Horizon Mine Permit No. C -81 -008. This Technical Revision will incorporate <br />a revised NPDES Discharge Permit and add As -Built details for Pond 015 into the permit. <br />The New Horizon Mine is located at 27646 West 5TH Street, P.O. Box 628, Nucla, <br />Colorado. Telephone number (970) 864 -2165. Written comments or <br />objections to the application may be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (Tel 303 - 866 - 3567). <br />Written comments and objections must be received bythe Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety within 10 days after the publication of the above notice. <br />
