June 13, 2011 C-1980-005/Seneca II Mine JDM <br /> -The area of bare ground at the permit boundary in revegetated area 99-1 j may require interseeding in order to <br /> initiate growth to aid in erosion control of the area. <br /> -Houndstounge was observed along V-Ditch's#2, #3,#4, and#5 and should be managed. <br /> White top patches were observed in the following locations with the largest patch—120sq/ft and should be <br /> managed to aid in the eradication of the species within the bond release area. <br /> -revegetated area 03-1j <br /> -revegetated area 03-1i <br /> -revegetated area 99-1b along the South Road <br /> -revegetated area 03-1k <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06❑ Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br /> Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil depths were not verified during this inspection as depths were measured previously. Records of topsoil <br /> depths are available at the Division offices and at the Seneca II Mine offices.
