Pineda <br />Director <br />In accordance with Rule 3.03.2(5)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (Rules), you are hereby notified that the Division's decision to <br />Partially approve Bond Release Application No. 4 for the Carbon Junction Mine became final on June <br />10, 2011. <br />An adjudicatory hearing was held on May 11, 2011, the Division's proposed decision to partially <br />approve Bond Release application No. 4 was affirmed by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. <br />Bond Release No. 4 reduces your reclamation liability by $293,669.00. The current liability is now <br />$112,165.00.
