Everist, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 7321 E. 88th <br />Ave., Ste 200 Regulatory Manager, Henderson, CO 80640; (303) 287-4656, submitted a request for partial acreage <br />release for the Lohmann Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-2001-017. The construction materials extraction <br />operation is located at or near Section 6, Township 2N, Range 67W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
