distance of 176.23 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve
to the right whose delta is 03° 33' 45" and radius of 2864.79', a
distance of 178.13 feet to the no:-th line of said Section 14; thence
north 89° 30' 15" east along the north line of said Section 14, a
distance of 24.38 feet to the true point of beginning, containing
