Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has completed the <br />2011 Midterm Review (MT-06) of Minrec, Inc.'s North Thompson Creek Mine's permit <br />as required by Rule 2.08.3(1). The enclosed document summarizes the Division's <br />findings as a result of this review. <br />The Division has not identified any items that would require a revision to the permit in <br />Section IV of the 2011 Midterm Review. The Division has set the bond liability amount <br />at $10,000.00 for the North Thompson Creek Mine, pursuant to Rule 3.03.1(4).
