Date prepared 05/01/2011. <br />6.4.3 Exhibit C Pre-Mining Plan maps of Affected Lands <br />(a))The adjoining surface owners of records have been placed on the maps. There are two: <br />Karen Sears 470 Park Ave, Grand Junction, Co 81505 and the Bureau of Land management. <br />(e) The type of present vegetation has been placed on Map C-1of 2, Map C and Map F.
