The Division is extending the decision due date for the New Horizon North Mine application
from the 23 of May 2011 to the 31 st of July 2011. This is in response to your request letter
dated 06 June 2011. The Division received Western Fuels' adequacy response package on the
2nd of June. Additional time is needed for review and full resolution of adequacy issues.
