On Section B-B', please identify the location where Section A-A' intersects this section <br />(—Sta. 2+08). <br />This item has been satisfactorily addressed in SCCs response. <br />20. A comparison of Section B-B' with the plan view on Sheet I reveals that the centerline of <br />Road J/K is located at —Sta. 2+30 on this section. The Proposed Surface on this section <br />shows a continuous surface 60' in length at >8% slope (Sta. 2+20 to 2+80). The location <br />of Road J/K is not identified on this slope. Please modify this section to accurately depict <br />the proposed configuration (template) of Road J/K, including elevation above the graded <br />surface, roadside ditches, etc. <br />This item has been satisfactorily addressed in SCCs response. <br />21. On Section C-C', comparison with the plan view on Sheet I reveals that the centerline of <br />Road J/K is located at —Sta. 3+20 on this section. Please modify this section in <br />accordance with the requirements of paragraph c., above. <br />This item has been satisfactorily addressed in SCCs response. <br />22. On Section C-C', the existing Pond 016A impounding structure is centered at —Sta. 1+90, <br />As shown, the Proposed Surface will result in fill above the elevation of the current <br />structure and on the downslope of the structure. This configuration appears to contradict <br />the text description provided in the Pond 16 Area Stabilization Plan Summary (Page 3 of <br />the application), which states, under Pond 0 1 6A Removal, "a portion of the existing <br />embankment will be lowered/removed to drain the current pond and then be reconfigured <br />to fit the relocated Channel PM-2 design." Please clarify the text and/or map and cross <br />section to provide consistency within the application. <br />This item has been satisfactorily addressed in SCCs response. <br />23. On Section D-D', please depict the location of Road J/K, as the Division also requests for <br />Sections B-B' and C-C', above. <br />This item has been satisfactorily addressed in SCCs response. <br />24. Comparison of Section D-D' with the plan view on Sheet I indicates that Channel PM-2 <br />will cross this section at —Sta. 1+85.
