CMS
CLIENT SERVICES
3/27/08: The client asked us to place all Asbestos samples on hold. A preliminary invoice was faxed to
the client and a copy given to EAL Accounting. KEO
The samples were logged in for alkalinity, cation/ anion balances, hardness calculation, and metal and
anion analytes per the quotation. On 4/9/08, Asbestos analyses were requested by the client and the
' samples were subnutted to Reservoirs.
The reporting information was selected per the quotation. EKH
GENERAL CHEMISTRY
Anion samples 08-1960-01, -02, and -03 had high conductivity and needed diluting. This raised the
reporting limit for Nitrate-N, Nitrite-N, and Chloride. There are no other anomalies to report. GH/CMS
METALS ANALYSIS
The matrix spike (MS) recovery for calcium is 2 % above the QC limits due to the high concentration
of calcium in the sample versus the low concentration of the spike. The recovery for the matrix spike
duplicate (MSD) is acceptable at 115%. All LCS recoveries are within QC limits, showing the analysis
is in control. There are no other anomalies to report. WKH
Print Date: 412512008
