GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />' The analyses and conclusions expressed in this report are based upon data obtained from <br />groundwater samples collected at the indicated locations and from other information as <br />discussed and referenced in this report. The conclusions do not reflect any variations in <br />subsurface stratigraphy, geohydrology, or contaminant concentrations which may occur <br />between boring sample locations and monitoring wells across the site. Actual subsurface <br />' conditions may vary and may not become evident without further exploration. <br />This report was prepared for the exclusive use of the client, for specific application to the <br />' subject property and has been prepared in accordance with generally accepted geo- <br />environmental engineering practices. No warranties, either explicit or implied, are made or <br />intended.
