Zuber, Rob
From: Steve Hinkemeyer [steve@trappermine.com]
Sent: Friday, June 10, 2011 12:14 PM
To: Zuber, Rob
Subject: RE: Meeting on slide near E Pit
We have a proposal from Agapito to perform that evaluation. It is currently being looked and and hopefully we can
release them to perform the work soon. (I have a few questions on the field work end of things I am wanting some
answers on. If the field work involves drilling any holes that would have to be done by our exploration drillers, we won't
have them on our site until some time in August at the earliest. Depending upon what type of testing they want to do, it
could then take a month or two before the testing is accomplished and they have the rock mechanic parameters to then
start modeling the area to determine what solutions there may be for fixing the problems. I would hope to have
something in hand in early falll, but it could be later depending upon drill availability and testing schedules.
Steve
From: Zuber, Rob fmailto:Rob.Zuber@state.co.usl
Sent: Friday, June 10, 2011 10:07 AM
To: steve(atrappermine.com
Cc: forrest@trappermine.com
Subject: Meeting on slide near E Pit
Good morning, Steve
I just want to make sure my understanding is accurate. During our meeting on Wednesday afternoon, regarding the
slide near the E Pit you indicated that TMI will be receiving a geo-technical engineering report from Agapito and
Associates this fall. TMI will then proceed with a plan and action to address the situation on the ground and to apply for
the necessary revisions, including a revision to include the relevant Phase III area (the previously released area next to E-
AB-08) back in the permit boundary.
Let me know if my understanding is correct and if you can further define the schedule.
Thanks,
Rob
Rob Zuber, P.E.
Environmental Protection Specialist
Colorado Department of Natural Resources
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
Phone: 303.866.3567 x8113
This email has been scanned by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
For more information please visit http://www.messagelabs.com/email
This email has been scanned by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
- :a. .? ? .. .:;?.s?'aa:.? ??_.1...,-mi •?. >.,>. ......< aa'.'s?.;:cwai.-?. __ _-?A„;aos?,?:..i:.?.,-?..t.?:r.`:. .?.. - '?
