Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the West Elk mine. The <br />revision was called complete on June 10, 2011, and issued the decision on the same date. <br />The operator proposes to add various concrete structures and the coal processing plant on previously <br />disturbed ground. <br />This revision is available for review at the Gunnison County Planning Department, 201 E.
