Please ensure that each of these two holes is sealed
and a completed drill hole abandonment report is submitted to the Division prior to moving to other holes approved
under this Notice of Intent.
From: Susan Patton fmailto:spatton@agapito.coml
Sent: Thursday, May 26, 2011 10:13 AM
To: Gorham, Kent
Cc: Ron Thompson
Subject: Request for holes NE-13-11 and NE-14-11
Kent:
Per our phone conversation yesterday afternoon concerning the addition of two exploration holes on the New Elk Mine
site, I have attached the requested materials. The holes (NE-13-11 and NE-14-11) are located between the East Portal
fan shaft and the East Portal slopes within the disturbed boundary of the mine. The rig has completed NE-1-11 and
would like to expedite permission to drill these two additional holes if at all possible.
Please contact Ron Thompson or myself with any questions.
Thank you,
Susan
Susan Patton, PE
Senior Associate
AGAPITO ASSOCIATES, INC.
715 Horizon Drive, Ste. 340
Grand Junction, CO 81506
(P): 970.242.4220
(F): 970.245.9234
www.a%zapito.com
DISCLAIMER/NOTICE: This e-mail and its attachments may be confidential and are intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed.
