PiReda <br />Creede, CO 81130 Lore <br />Re: Soward Ranch Pit, Permit No. M-1988-021, Amendment Approval, Revision No. AM-1, <br />and Revised Reclamation Cost Estimate. <br />Dear Mr. Lamb: <br />On June 3, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on May 13, 2011, addressing the following: <br />Add 4.99 acres to the permitted area, for a new total of 9.99 acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1988-021. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1988-021 remain in full force and effect. <br />The updated reclamation cost estimate indicates a reclamation liability amount of $15,034.00, which exceeds the <br />$10,507.00 performance bond currently held. Please review the enclosed cost estimate packet and notify me promptly if <br />you note any errors or omissions. <br />Please submit additional bond in the amount of $4,527.00. The amendment will not be final until the bond is approved <br />by the Division. The additional bond must be submitted on one of the approved financial warranty forms, which can be <br />found on the Division's website: htti)://www.mining.state.co.us/N4ineral%2OFonns.htin.
