Roadway on aerial map. I have checked again with Town of Silver Cliff <br />personnel. They own 100% of the surface rights and have no easements or <br />agreements regarding use or right to use the track shown on the aerial photo. It is <br />not considered a town roadway. Town of Silver Cliff is owner but has no interest <br />in roadway as easement or retained row. Track on map labeled "abandoned" <br />road. <br />2. All fences are considered Town of Silver Cliff owned. They will be rebuilt by <br />contractor at start up mine operations. <br />3. Please find marked up copies of Mine Plan Map showing Phases I and II taking <br />place north of the central drainage swale and Phases III and IV located in the <br />south of the drainage swale. <br />4. Mine Plan Map-- permit boundary marked to show the permit boundary line <br />following the south side of the access and utility easement area at the southwest <br />corner of the site. <br />i <br />Exhibit D-Mining plan <br />5 <br />6. <br />Seifert Enterprises, LLC commits to salvaging all growth medium possible from <br />surface outcrop prior to leveling for drilling and blasting. Top soil depth from a <br />minimum of 2" to as much as encountered will be stripped prior to mining <br />operations and stockpiled for use in reclamation. <br />Topsoil stockpiles will receive the same seed mix as listed for site revegetion, as <br />listed below.
