May Day Idaho Mine Complex 112 (d) Permit Application <br />.6.4.20(3) Other Agencies' Environmental Protection Measures and Monitoring <br />Colorado Department of Health and the Environment (CDPHE) Stormwater Management Plans <br />(SWMPs) for construction activities and hard rock mining call for monitoring of the stormwater and <br />sediment and erosion control measures or Best Management Practices (BMPs).
