May Day Idaho Mine Complex <br />Certified Receipt Number # <br />May 6, 2011 <br />Notice to Parties and Interested Persons <br />RE: May Day Idaho Mine Complex Permit Application <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation, Permit Conversion (CN-01). <br />Pursuant to the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal and Designated Mining <br />Operations, Wildcat Mining Corporation has published a public notice in the <br />Durango Herald on April 29, 2011. The public notice is to announce the intention <br />of the May Day Idaho Mine Complex as amended, to commence mining and <br />milling at the site early summer of 2011. <br />The first public notice has been attached to this letter for your review. <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation will publish the notice on Friday for the next three <br />weeks in the Durango Herald.
