Wildcat Mining Corporation ("Wildcat Mining") respectfully submits the following response to
the Third Adequacy Issues identified by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
("DBMS") in its letter dated May 3, 2011. For your convenience, I have re-stated the adequacy
issues presented by DRMS in roman font, followed by Wildcat Mining's responses in bold and
underlined font. Where necessary, Wildcat Mining includes cross references in its responses for
your convenience and incorporates by reference modified or substituted exhibits to its
application which are also included with this submittal package.
As in its prior responses, Wildcat Mining has included any revised exhibits to its Section 112d-1
Application, CN-01, as "Attachments" to this response. A table of contents listing each
"Attachment" and explaining the nature of the revised exhibits included in the "Attachment" is
provided immediately following this narrative response. For your convenience, I am also
including a copy of this table of contents in these introductory remarks.
