Fourth Adequacy Response 112(d)-1 Application, Amended CN-01 <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation May Day Idaho Mine Complex <br />6. Our assessment of the referenced tension cracks is that they are shallow and are not <br />considered to lead to catastrophic failure; requested geotechnical analysis for the <br />May Day No. 1 bench for future construction activities is not available at this time. <br />The Company commits to providing this additional geotechnical analysis regarding <br />the May Day No. 1 bench area as soon as it is able to obtain access across the U.S. <br />Forest Service road or the new access road with necessary equipment. <br />7. The geotechnical engineering details requested by DRMS for the mill are not <br />available at this time. The Company commits to providing this additional <br />engineering analysis, design and specification information regarding the mill as soon <br />as it has repaired the May Day No. 1 Portal collapse and re-gains access to the May <br />Day No. 1 area. <br />8. The Lamb Portal will not be opened therefore steel sets will not be installed. The <br />additional structural engineering details requested by DRMS for the May Day No. 1 <br />are not available at this time. The Company commits to providing this additional <br />geotechnical analysis as soon as it has repaired the May Day No. 1 Portal collapse <br />and re-gains access to the May Day No. 1 area. <br />6/6/2011 <br />10
