The Applicant should explain this in <br />further detail and indicate whether it will be ground water or surface water. <br />Response #13 A <br />Wildcat Mining will use groundwater in close proximity to the historical Idaho Mill and <br />Portal (GW #1) and from groundwater associated with the May Day No. 1. A production <br />water well permit application is currently being processed by the Colorado Division of <br />Water Resources.
