Compliance With Mine Plan NA -Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other NA -Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Seneca II-W Mine based on aerial photographs of the site taken June 1, 2011. <br /> The photographs were taken by Harry Ranney of DRMS, and reviewed by Susan Burgmaier in the DRMS Denver <br /> office on June 3, 2011. Weather conditions for the flight were clear. Very little snow remains in the upper areas, <br /> but most of the area appeared to be saturated from the snowmelt. <br /> Ponds 016 and 016A,the A,B, C, and D Pits in the Original Permit Area,the Ridgeline Access Road, and portions <br /> of the South Pit areas were all photographed. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05❑El Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ponds 016,016A, and several of the stock tanks held water.
