Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Twentymile Coal Company, Permit C-82-056 <br />April 2011 Discharge Monitoring Report Review (Permit COG-0027154 and Permit <br />COG-073534) <br />Dear Mr. Watterson, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced reports to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The April 2011 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports for the above referenced CDPS Permits were received by the Division on 01 June <br />2011; the reports cover the time period from 01 April 2011 through 30 April 2011. <br />Permit CO-0027154 - During the month of April outfalls all outfalls permitted under COG-0027154 <br />flowed. No exceedances were noted. <br />Permit COG-073534 - The construction associated with Outfall 001A (Foidel Creek Pipeline <br />Crossing) discharged during the month of April 2011. No exceedances were noted. <br />It is noted that TCC will be submitting a request to terminate COG-073534 in June 2011. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
