As can be seen, sample adequacy based on first-hit allowable herbaceous cover was not
achieved. Hence, in accordance with-a proposal to address this problem for use of the Mountain
Brush Reference Area discussed with and approved by DRMS (see Appendix 7), evaluation of
sample adequacy based on all-hit data was undertaken:
