4 (FORM 2 - Public filing) <br />11. Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and <br />collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc... <br />Drill 10 - 6 inch diameter vertical holes with hollow auger drill string up to 60 feet deep thru existing <br />mill tailings; holes will be grouted shut or the u eng o the hole as the drill string acs out o the <br />hole; samples of the augeFed material will be sent eff site for laboratory testing; balanGe of material <br />will be buried on site in the tailings sands. Some smoothing of tailings sands may be necessary for <br />drill truck access. Site access is directly from CR-2. No new roads will be constructed. <br />12. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, including anticipated number of holes, <br />diameter, depth, location, etc...
