PERMIT #: M-2008-078
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: JLE
INSPECTION DATE: May 16, 2011
OBSERVATIONS
This was a succession of operators (SO-01) inspection of the West Farm Pit; DRMS File No. M-2008-078. This
site is located approximately.5 miles east of the City of Lamar, Colorado in Prowers County. I, Jared Ebert of
the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Mr. Bill Grasmick
accompanied me on the inspection.
The permit was transferred from GP Ranches, LLC to GP Aggregates, LLC. The successor operator posted the
required financial warranty and the permit transfer was approved on April 13, 2011. The Division is required
to inspect the site and calculate the required financial warranty 60 days from the date the transfer was
complete.
The Operator has not begun mining the site, thus the current financial warranty amount is adequate at this
time.
