This is the information made available to CU related to the
improvements made to the levee by the seller of the property (Flatirons Company).
Flatirons Company recently told us that they received a Technical Revision from the State
before doing the major work on the levee, and that the Technical Revision should show
essentially what is now in place. Copies of that Technical Revision should be in the
Division's files. Flatirons Company also indicated that as far as the last minor work done to
bring the elevations on the top of the levee, they thought work was minor enough that another
technical revision was not required.
I hope that this information can help satisfy the Problem/Possible Violation indicated in your
report dated April 26, 2011. Please feel free if we can provide anything else.
Thank you for your help with this matter.
Sincerely,
C/ Jeffrey S.
