Zuber, Rob
From: Graham Roberts [graham@trappermine.com]
Sent: Thursday, June 02, 2011 8:13 AM
To: Zuber, Rob
Subject: SL-12 Inspection Date
Rob,
I propose that we move the inspection date for SL-12 back to a later time in July or even early August. I understand the
need to complete this task, however spring weather conditions have not been favorable for reclamation reconnaissance
and repair on these parcels. The vegetative component has also been slow to mature due to cool weather and may
hamper good identification of vegetative species and cover.
During the month of April the mine site received record precipitation amounts at 3.64 inches and another 3.37 inches
fell in May. These amounts are well above average for their respective months and have saturated the soils on the site.
It will be several weeks before we can actively catalog repairs that may be done and get the equipment necessary for
these repairs onto reclaimed sites. We would prefer to have some time to do these repairs before the inspection to
facilitate a faster inspection and approval of the bond release this summer.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns with this proposal.
Thanks,
Graham Roberts
Trapper Mining Inc.
EHS Specialist
(970) 826-6143
P.O.
