3
Proposed 2011 Reclamation:
Approximately 200 mixed ponderosa and Douglas fir will be planted on Sites A and B in May.
Additonally, 80 mixed shrubs of rose, choke cherry, and wax currant will be planted. Possible
reseeding will also take place for any areas that do not show good growth.
Any test pits that may be opened during 2011 will be filled, re-contoured, and reseeded.
Sufficiency of Bond:
A reclamation bond of $ 20,696 is set aside with the State of Colorado along with a $900 bond with
the U.S.F.S. to cover annual reclamation efforts for this mining permit. The $900 bond applies
specifically to Qui-Buc No. 2 and should be returned. In October, this site was inspected and
considered complete. An additional $11,190 is set aside with the U.S.F.S. to cover any roads.
Respectfully submitted,
;?OSE,H L. DORRIS
OwnerOperator Glacier Peak Mining
2 Attch.
1.
