<br />Cotter Corporation, 7800 East Dorado
<br />Place #210, Englewood, CO 80111, 720-
<br />554-6200, has filed an application for a
<br />Partial Release of Financial Warranty with
<br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
<br />Board under provisions of the Colorado
<br />Mined Land Reclamation Act. The mine is
<br />known as the Schwartzwalder Mine, and is
<br />located at or near Section 25, T2S, R7I ,
<br />6th PM, Jefferson County, Colorado,
<br />hwest of
<br />approximately five miles nort
<br />Golden.
<br />The work was performed and completed
<br />abandon a core hole in the vicinity of the
<br />mine. The proposed future use of the land
<br />is continued reclamation of the mine site.
<br />Additional information and tentative deci-
<br />sion date may be obtained from the
<br />Division of Reclamation, Mining, and
<br />Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215,
<br />Denver, CO 80203, 303-866-3567. or the
<br />above named applicant.
<br />Comments must be in writing and must be
<br />received by the Division of Reclamation,
<br />Mining, and safety by 4:00 p.m. on June
<br />13, 2011.
