The revision also included the cost to demolish these <br />structures so the area could be reclaimed to range land as approved in the original <br />reclamation permit application. Per your written request, Technical Revision # 1 is hereby <br />withdrawn. <br />As noted in your letter, GCC Rio Grande Inc. will be submitting an amendment to the <br />application in place of the withdrawn technical revision. This amendment should be <br />submitted no later than July 30th 2011.
