Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C-81-010 <br />Review of First Quarter 2011 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />for CDPHE Permit No. CO-0032115 <br />Dear Mr. Roberts: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />were received by the Division on April 26, 2011. The reports cover the time period from January 1, <br />2011 through March 31, 2011. <br />Seven NPDES outfalls discharged during the first quarter of 2011. Outfall 001 (Johnson Gulch), <br />Outfall 002 (No Name Gulch), Outfall 011 (East Pyeatt), and Outfall 020 (Middle Flume) discharged <br />routinely throughout the quarter.
