Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The first quarter 2011 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 18 May 2011; the reports cover the time period <br />from 01 January 2011 through 31 March 2011. <br />Outfall 001 discharged beginning in March and outfall 002 did not discharge during the first quarter <br />2011.
