Exhibit H Additional Info
Wildlife Information
A "may affect not likely to adversely affect" determination was made by SME staff during for
the Biological Assessment conducted as part of the Section 404 permitting process for the
Colorado pikeminnow and razorback sucker as well as the bald eagle. The potential affects to
fish species are related to the water depletions associated with the anticipated increase in
evapotranspiration. The USACE is currently reviewing Keyah Grande's application for a
Section 404 Individual Permit. As part of this federal review process the USACE conducts
consultation with the USFWS. Therefore, the USACE has review authority over this matter.
A depletions analysis was conducted by SME at the request of the USACE. A copy of the
USACE correspondence letter, which initiates the USFWS consultation process is included for
your reference.
