Exhibit C Additional Info
Stockpiles
Keyah Grande has agreed to take out the temporary stockpile areas located outside of the
project area. Instead, the temporary stockpiles will be staged within the project envelope
gradually moving from west to east as the pits are expanded and another portion of the project
area has been identified as a suitable stockpile area. The stockpile area is located along the
southeast project area boundary and is in a slightly elevated landscape position to reduce the
potential for loss of material due to flooding. The stockpile is shown on the BMP figure
(revised figures). The placement of gravel on the existing gravel road would not constitute an
expanded project area. These roads currently exist and serve independent utility for ranching
activities. The footprint of disturbance associated with the roads will not increase beyond the
current extent of disturbance.
Vegetation
The original Pre-Mining Plan Map includes an aerial photo image of current conditions. The
revised Figure I provides a general habitat delineation for past, current and proposed
conditions (revised figures). Furthermore the vegetative communities are described in detail in
Exhibit J (Vegetation Information).
