<br />On April 27, 2011, the Division determined the filing of an amendment to CN-01 and the public
<br />comment period re-opened. This second public comment period will remain open through
<br />June 9, 2011. The Division has received a letter of objection from Art and Linda Perkins,
<br />comment from the State Historic Preservation Officer, and comment from-the Division of Water
<br />Resources. Copies of the three correspondences are enclosed for your records. As of May 24,
