The loadout <br />was also inspected. <br />The weather was clear and there was no snow cover. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05: <br />The culverts under the road at the mine site were in good condition with only minor erosion at the downstream <br />side of the north set of culverts. Small flows were observed in both the north and south sets of culverts. <br />At the loadout, the pond contained a significant amount of water, but no discharge was observed exiting the <br />primary spillway pipe. No compliance issues were identified with the pond. The following areas were inspected: <br />the embankment, both spillways, and the channels below the spillways. <br />The ditch along the southwest side of the loadout contained several inches of water. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit. <br />ROADS - Rule 4.03: <br />Minor ruts were on the access road at the mine site. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The parcels at the mine site and the loadout appeared to be in good condition as no erosion or large bare areas <br />were observed. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />Page 2 of 6
