Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has completed its review of the above referenced report received on 11 March 2011. The <br />Division finds the 2010 Annual Reclamation Report in compliance of the following Rules: <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) - The ARR was received 11 March 2011. Please see comment below. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) - The cover of the ARR includes the name of the permittee, the address, and the <br />permit number. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(b) - No additional acres were disturbed during calendar year 2010. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(c) - No disturbed acres were backfilled during calendar year 2010. <br />Rule 2.04.13 (1)(d) - No disturbed acres were topsoiled during calendar year 2010. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) - No disturbed acres were revegetated during calendar year 2010. <br />Rule 2.04.13(2) - The following additional monitoring information was provided: weed control <br />activities conducted in 2010.
