Your letter seeks approval for an administrative exchange for up to 60 acre-feet of consumable water supplied under a lease from the Board of Water Works of Pueblo. This source is proposed to be used by direct flow throtlgh your ditch acid pond *system•.for'mining purposes. Permission from the City of Aurora who apparently ohms the neighboring property through which a portion of this old placer ditch system passes has previously been obtained by you. No known water rights exist on the proposed exchange reach of Corske Creek Your proposed operations Involve water usage consisting of the filling of five sealed recirculating ponds (10.2 acne-bet total), evaporation from these ponds, and operational losses. Water' depletions from this operation are estimated to be no more than 15 acre-feet.
