Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed the Geotechnical <br />Monitoring Report (GMR) for the Trapper Mine that is dated March 31, 2011. It was received by the Division <br />on April 4, 2011. <br />The March 2011 GMR provided by Trapper Mining, Inc. is in general compliance with the requirements of <br />Permit C-1981-010. Measurements have been made in accordance with the seasonal schedule described in <br />Section 3.3.3 of the permit.
