M-1977-365 <br />Dear Mr. Kintz: <br />On 18 May 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your Request for <br />Release of Warranty for the Sulphur Mountain Gravel Pit, file no. M-1977-365. <br />The request is complete with respect to Construction Materials Rule 4.17.1, and the Division will <br />begin processing the request in accordance with Rule 4.17.2. <br />However, be advised that the Division is unable to grant a release request on a permit for which <br />annual fees are overdue. After the overdue fees have been paid and the release inspection has <br />verified that reclamation has been completed in accordance with the Construction Materials Act <br />and Rules, then the Division will be able to grant the release request.
