Borehole Proposal - Sanborn Creek Fansite
Response to May 2, 2011 Adequacy Review.
Dear Mr. Boulay,
The purpose of this letter is to respond to the Division's May 2, 2011 Adequacy Review for Technical
Revision No. 70 to the Oxbow Mining LLC (OMLLC) Permit No. C-1981-022.
Comment 1. A well schematic diagram for the proposed borehole is attached.
Comment 2. Upon approval of the permit to drill from COGCC, we would be pleased to send a copy
to the Division. Vessels does not intend to start the drilling until the permit is issued.
Comment 3. A copy of the COGCC Bond information for Bond No. LPM8792641 is attached.
The OMLLC Permit Area is also located within Federal Gas Leases owned by our sister company
Gunnison Energy Corporation (GEC). Vessels Coal Gas and GEC could quite possibly drill areas located
within the Permit area that may or may not affect coal mining related activities. We will keep the Division
informed as projects unfold.
Sincerely,
4111,1 e, ki
mes A.
